Stephanie Olliver is an accomplished legal and governance professional with extensive experience in top-tier organizations. Currently serving as the General Counsel and Company Secretary at Nano Digital Home Loans since June 2020, Stephanie is a key member of the Executive Team, overseeing legal, company secretarial, and HR functions. Prior to this role, Stephanie held various senior positions at PayPal from February 2012 to August 2019, including Director of Legal and Head of Legal for PayPal Australia. Stephanie's earlier career includes roles at Macquarie Group, Morgan Stanley, and Blake Dawson Waldron. Academically, Stephanie is pursuing a Graduate Diploma in Risk and Compliance and Governance from the Governance Institute of Australia and holds a BA LLB (Hons) in Psychology and Law from the University of Sydney.
