Jordan Ahlstrom is a Bachelor of Commerce graduate from the University of Victoria with experience in customer success and the hospitality industry. Currently serving as a Customer Success Specialist at Shift since January 2023, Jordan previously held a similar role at Cuboh. At Cactus Club Cafe, Jordan balances responsibilities as a Server and Expeditor. As Director of Academics for the University of Victoria Commerce Students' Society, Jordan organized networking events for students and employers. Earlier roles include Shift Leader and Server at Northern Lights Estate Winery, Server at Boston Pizza, and various positions at Loblaw Companies Limited. Additionally, Jordan has supplemental education from the Nova School of Business and Economics.
