Todd Hocz is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in pharmacy operations and business process improvement. Currently serving as Vice President of Shared Services at Shields Health Solutions since October 2018, Todd oversees specialty pharmacy operations and patient-care programs across a national network of health system partners, focusing on cost reduction and patient care excellence. Prior to this role, Todd held various leadership positions at UnitedHealth Group, where responsibilities included managing a $10 billion specialty pharmacy operation with over 1,800 team members. Todd's career also includes significant roles at Anthem, Siemens, and General Electric, emphasizing operational excellence and Six Sigma methodologies. Todd holds a degree in Management Information Systems and Organizational Behavior Management from Miami University and has completed executive education at Stanford University.
