Steve Fraser is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management, compliance, and customer service. Currently serving as a Customer Service Advocate at Shield Consulting Solutions, Inc. since March 2022, Steve supports IC with Commercial Solutions for Classified (CSfC). Prior roles include Compliance Specialist and Technical Compliance Specialist at Technical and Management Assistance Corp and ManTech respectively, as well as Project Manager positions at Northrop Grumman Corporation and Ultra Electronics - ProLogic. Steve's career began with significant positions such as Directory of Technology Resources at Taylor Companies, Inc. and a Police Officer in Winston-Salem, complemented by military service as an Interrogator/Translator in the United States Marine Corps. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix and has additional educational experience from Miller Motte Business College and the University of California, Santa Cruz.
