Rachael Lawson is currently the IDCS Director of Strategy and Planning Operations at SHI International Corp. Rachael has a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Dominican University New York. Prior to their current position, Rachael worked as the Director of Supply Chain Business Operations and IDCS Sr. Operations Manager at the same company. Before that, Rachael was a School Relations Manager at C2 Education and a Director at La Petite Academy. Throughout their career, Rachael has shown a strong passion for developing plans for programs, process improvement, and strategic data center initiatives.
