Esraa Hassan began their work experience as a Junior Software Engineer at the Information Technology Industry Development Agency (ITIDA) in August 2017, where they worked until September 2017. Esraa then joined Chartercross Capital Management as a Junior Assistant Software Developer Intern in October 2019 and worked until January 2020. Currently, they are employed by Shezlong as a Backend Developer, starting in December 2021.

Esraa Hassan obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Modern Sciences and Arts University, where they studied from 2014 to 2018. Prior to that, they completed their High School Diploma at Al-Nahda School in 2014.

In terms of additional certifications, Esraa completed "The Complete Node.JS | Express with NodeJS For Beginners" course from Udemy in August 2021. Esraa also obtained a certification in "Standard Embedded Systems" from AMIT Learning in December 2018. Furthermore, they participated in the "Organisation Development & Leadership Conference" conducted by MSA University - Corporate & Business Services Division- CBSD in October 2017.
