Alexandra Williams is a seasoned Senior Customer Success Manager at Okta, with experience driving digital transformation for State and Local Government and Education sectors. Since July 2019, Alexandra has contributed to notable initiatives such as Oktane 2023 and has been elected to the Okta For Good 2024 Global Leadership Council. Previously, Alexandra excelled in managing enterprise accounts, achieving significant product activation goals and recognition as a Presidents Club Winner in FY22. Alexandra's career also includes roles at PostUp, Rapid7, Kwittken, BOLD PR, and Berlin Cameron, where strong account management and client relations skills were demonstrated. Currently, as a SheTO Mentor, Alexandra supports efforts to close the gender gap in engineering executive roles. In terms of education, Alexandra holds a BA in Political Science and Government with a minor in Women and Gender Studies, and is pursuing an MSc in Cybersecurity Policy and Governance at Boston College.
