Stacy Koon is a dedicated Project Manager and Scrum Master with extensive experience in the technology and retail sectors. Currently at Sherwin-Williams, Stacy has previously held prominent roles at Quadax, Inc. and Macy's Systems & Technology, where responsibilities included managing release processes, leading development teams, and acting as a Product Owner. Within Macy's, Stacy contributed to the development of gift card systems and created master test plans for complex projects. Earlier career achievements include managing customer service operations, reviewing organizational correspondence, and providing credit services. Stacy holds an Associate's degree in Psychology from Lorain County Community College.
