Craig Peton is the Senior Program Manager at Sherpa 6, a position they have held since 2015.

Previously, Craig served as the Senior Program Manager at Kennametal from 2010 to 2015, leading the development, test and production of complex electro-optical and electro-mechanical systems for the defense, aerospace and commercial markets. Products included high energy laser systems, fire control systems, tracking systems and telescope optics.

From 2009 to 2010, Craig was the Senior Program Manager of the Fuzing and Warheads Business Group at ATK, responsible for the transition of the Precision Guidance Kit (PGK) and Multi-Function Fuze (MFF) from development to full rate production.

Prior to that, Craig served as the Program Director at Powercast Corporation from 2006 to 2009, and as the Program Manager at Argon ST from 2004 to 2006. Craig began their career as a Project Manager at Northrop Grumman ESS in 2001, and prior to that they worked as an Intelligence Analyst at ONI / SPEAR from 1999 to 2001.

Craig Peton has a BS in General Engineering from the United States Naval Academy and an MS in Engineering Management-Systems Engineering from The George Washington University.

Craig Peton reports to Jim Hamilton, COO. They are on a team with John Faatz - Project Manager, Jillian Mccaa - Operations Analyst, and Brandon Norris - Operations Manager.
