Mignon Plyler is a seasoned educational professional with extensive experience in technology and instructional leadership. Currently serving as the Director of Innovative and Instructional Technology at SHERMAN ISD since April 2018, Mignon has held roles in technology leadership since 1998, including Director of Technology at Sherman Independent School District. Mignon’s career began in educational development and teaching from 1987 to 1998 as a Professional Development Coordinator and Educator. Educational qualifications include a Doctorate in Educational Leadership and Administration and a Master of Science in Educational Technology Leadership from Texas A&M University-Commerce, along with a Master of Arts in Elementary Education and Teaching and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Austin College.
