Margaret Waterfield has been with Sheppard Pratt since October 2003, currently serving in Talent Acquisition. Prior to this role, Margaret was the Disability Employment Training Coordinator at Sheppard Pratt (formerly known as Way Station, Inc.) from 2003 to February 2014. Margaret's earlier experience includes serving as the Comprehensive Training Coordinator at Goodwill Industries of Monocacy Valley, Inc. from 2002 to 2003 and as a Manager at CompuClub Training Centers from 1999 to 2002. Margaret holds an Associate of Arts degree in Human Services from Frederick Community College and has also attended Johnson & Wales University.
