Rebecca Strange MA ACIPD is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in various HR roles. Currently serving as the HR Manager at Shepley Engineers Ltd since January 2025, Rebecca previously held positions at Morgan Sindall Infrastructure, including HR Programme Manager and Senior HR Advisor, from May 2021 to December 2024. Earlier experience includes roles at Curtins as HR & Recruitment Advisor from July 2017 to May 2021, and as HR Assistant at Nugent for a temporary contract in mid-2017. Prior experience includes serving as Regional HR Coordinator at James Fisher and Sons plc from August 2014 to August 2016. Rebecca holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor's degree in Business and Human Resource Management from Liverpool John Moores University.
