Dr. Bill Amstutz currently serves as Chancellor of Shepherds College, a position held since June 2018. Prior to this role, Dr. Amstutz was the President and CEO of Shepherds Ministries from August 1998 until retirement in June 2018, leading a ministry that provided services for individuals with intellectual disabilities. Dr. Amstutz also worked as Associate Pastor and Christian School Administrator at Bethel Baptist Church and Bethel Baptist Christian School in Cherry Hill, New Jersey, from 1986 to 1998, and as Associate Pastor at Fruitport Bethel Baptist Church and Faith Christian School from 1971 to 1986. Dr. Amstutz obtained a Doctor of Ministry from Missio Seminary, a Master’s degree from Grand Rapids Seminary, and a Bachelor of Science in History and Education from Cedarville University.
