Jessica Sutherland is a Clean Energy Contracts & Regulation Solicitor at Shepherd and Wedderburn since June 2022, with recent experience as a Legal Secondee at West of Orkney Windfarm from January 2023 to October 2023. Prior to these roles, Jessica served as an Associate in Energy, Transport and Infrastructure at Dentons from June 2021 to May 2022 and worked as a Solicitor in the Energy Sector at EY between September 2018 and June 2021, where Jessica began as a Trainee Solicitor. Jessica’s educational background includes pursuing an LLM in Global Environment and Climate Change Law at The University of Edinburgh (2022-2024), a Bachelor’s Degree in Modern Languages from the University of Oxford (2012-2016), an LLM LPC from BPP Law School (2017-2018), a GDL from BPP Law School (2016-2017), and studies at Yaroslavl State University (2013-2014), along with completion of secondary education at Grammar School at Leeds (2005-2012).
