Jean Stombaugh has a diverse work experience. In 1997, they started working at Firestone Building Products as a Licensing Coordinator/Accounts Receivable. Their responsibilities included managing licensed roofing contractors, interacting with regional managers and sales representatives, providing customer service, and maintaining contractor databases. Jean also served as an administrative assistant for the Claims Manager, handling tasks such as cash application and bank account reconciliation. After nine years, they joined GenFlex Roofing Systems as a Customer Service Representative, where they continued to provide excellent customer service until 2010. Most recently, in 2017, Jean joined Shepherd Insurance LLC as an Accounting Assistant.

Jean Stombaugh attended Hammond Technical Vocational High School from 1971 to 1975. During this time, they pursued a degree in Secretarial/Business.
