Maci Parker is an experienced professional currently serving as the Manager of Organizational Excellence at Shepard since June 2022, where responsibilities include overseeing organizational planning and enterprise-wide project execution. Previously, Maci held various roles at West Forsyth High School from July 2019 to June 2022, including Executive Assistant, Varsity Girls Golf Coach, Varsity Softball Head Coach, and Varsity Softball Assistant Coach, demonstrating strong leadership and organizational skills in sports coaching and program management. Additional experience includes positions in marketing and human resources at Fletch-Barney, LLC, marketing internships at Whole Cryotherapy, and instructional roles in softball camps, alongside a BBA degree in Marketing and Human Resource Management from Valdosta State University.
