George C. Shan currently serves as the Human Resources Director for CLOU ESS, a renewable energy platform under Midea Industrial, since January 2024. Prior to this role, George held various leadership positions at ZTE Corporation from April 2006 to December 2023, including Vice President of HR for ZTE TX Inc., Head of HR for ZTE USA Inc., and Senior HR Director for the European Region. Additionally, George was the HR Director at Shenzhen MAISHANLONG Information Technology Co., Ltd. from March 2005 to March 2006.
