Jason Tian is an Executive Director in Corporate Finance at Shenwan Hongyuan Securities Co., Ltd. since October 2022, specializing in corporate coverage for equity and debt financing as well as financial advisory services, along with investor coverage for IPOs. Prior to this role, Jason served as Senior Vice President and Vice President in Investment Banking at Oriental Patron from June 2019 to October 2022. Jason led fundraising efforts at Brilliance Capital Management as Head of Sales from January 2017 to May 2019, and gained experience as a Sales Trader for coal at Glencore from May 2014 to January 2017, and at Noble Group from July 2012 to September 2013, where responsibilities included sales trading in coking coal and iron ore and engaging in Mongolia mining investments. Jason holds a Master of Common Law from The University of Hong Kong and a Bachelor of Law in International Relations from the University of International Business and Economics, complemented by an exchange program in Social Sciences at Dalhousie University.
