Robert Healey is a Senior Associate at Shen Milsom & Wilke, where they are responsible for all aspects of audiovisual systems design for performing arts facilities, convention and conference centers, corporate auditoriums, and higher education classrooms. Prior to their current role, Robert worked as an audiovisual, acoustics, and theatre systems design engineer at D.L. Adams Associates, Inc. from 2014-2020. There, they led the company's transition from AutoCAD to Revit and developed new drawing standards for Revit, including stage lighting and rigging. Robert also trained and supervised a BIM technician.

Before their career in audio engineering, Robert was a theater technician at the Lied Center of Kansas from 2010-2014 and also held the role of theater manager for University of Kansas Student Housing during that time. In 2013, they interned as an acoustical consultant at Coffeen Fricke & Associates.

Robert holds a degree in Theater and Film from the University of Kansas.

Robert Healey received their Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering from The University of Kansas. Afterward, they became certified as a Professional Engineer in the state of Colorado.
