Joe Fan is a Senior Associate at Shen Milsom & Wilke, with experience in project management for ICT infrastructure projects, as well as business development and contractual matters since January 2006. Previously, Joe served as a Senior Consultant specializing in ICT Infrastructure Design and Project Management. Prior to this role, Joe worked at Meinhardt (M&E) Ltd. from September 1995 to April 2000 as an Engineer, focusing on electrical system design consulting, project management, and serving as a Resident Site Engineer. Joe Fan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Building Services Engineering and a Higher Diploma in Building Services Engineering, both from City University of Hong Kong.
