Ryan Alan Lebrecht has extensive experience in commercial real estate (CRE) asset management and credit, currently serving at Shelter Growth Capital Partners since February 2018. Prior roles include Director at Kroll Bond Rating Agency, and Head of Credit & Underwriting at KGS-Alpha Real Estate. Ryan has a strong track record in managing loan workouts and underwriting at LNR Property LLC, alongside providing comprehensive diligence services as an independent contractor. Previous positions include Director of Structured Finance/Asset Management at Arbor Realty Trust and Title and Bank Closer at Title Tools Land Services. Ryan holds a Master’s degree in Real Estate Finance and Investment from New York University and a Bachelor’s degree in Advanced Psychology from Adelphi University, supplemented by a certificate from Cornell University in Hotel Real Estate Investments and Asset Management.
