Erika Estrada is an accomplished aviation professional with extensive experience in management and customer service. Currently serving as General Manager at Sheltair since August 2021, Erika has also held various roles at Sheltair Aviation since April 2014, including Customer Service Manager and Customer Service Representative. As Owner and Operations Manager of CBS Aviation Windows, LLC, Erika specializes in aircraft window repair under Repair Station Part 145 since January 2003.
