Wietse Dahmes has extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, particularly in operations and maintenance roles. Starting as a Roughneck at USG Energy, Wietse progressed to positions such as Process Operator at Oceanwide, where assignments included significant work on the Horizon and Helm platforms under Unocal (now Petrogas). Since August 2005, Wietse has been with Shell, serving in various roles including Offshore Installation Manager and Operations Supervisor. Wietse's academic background includes a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences and several certifications in relevant technical and management areas.
