Toby Ledoux is an experienced safety professional with a strong background in health, safety, and environmental (HSE) management in the oil and gas industry. Currently serving as an Assist and Assure Coach at Shell and as an HSE Advisor at Sanchez Oil & Gas Corporation, Toby has developed expertise in implementing safety programs, conducting audits, performing incident investigations, and mentoring site leadership. Previously, Toby held various positions at Shell Oil Company, including Construction HSE Team Lead for deepwater projects and HSE Lead for drilling and completions, managing teams of HSE coaches and overseeing safety activities across multiple platforms. Toby's career began in drilling operations with H&P Drilling and includes military service as an F-16 Crew Chief in the United States Air Force, earning several commendations for exceptional performance.
