Steven Tulloch is a Senior Consultant at Shell, contributing to the Global Water Flood Team since September 2018. As a Principal Consultant at Xodus Group since 2015, Steven draws on extensive experience in process consulting, previously holding roles such as Senior Process Consultant at Performance Improvements Ltd and Process Consultant at Maxoil Solutions, where projects spanned the North Sea, Newfoundland, Azerbaijan, and the USA. Steven's leadership experience includes serving as Operations Director at Opus Plus Ltd and Engineering Director at Environment & Resource Technology Ltd, both focused on onshore test facilities for produced water treatment and separation technologies. Engineering management skills were further developed as Engineering Manager at Orkney Water Test Centre Ltd, overseeing numerous Joint Industry funded projects. Steven is a member of the Institution of Chemical Engineers and holds a B.Sc. Honours in Chemical Engineering from The University of Edinburgh.
