Ruby Anandajayasekeram possesses extensive experience in legal and diversity roles, currently serving as the Global Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Excellence Advisor at Shell since 2004. Additional titles at Shell include Chair of the Advisory Board to Shell’s Global D&I Council for Race and various senior legal counsel positions focused on litigation and obligations across Asia Pacific. Prior experience includes working as a Solicitor at Allens, specializing in corporate and commercial law, litigation, and mergers and acquisitions. Ruby holds multiple degrees from The Australian National University, including a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom), along with various leadership and professional development certifications.
