Marsela Blloku, MSc.MBA, Eng, currently serves as a PMO | Planning Engineering professional for Onshore Power Europe & Middle East at Shell since November 2023. Prior to this role, Marsela held various positions at Ramboll from September 2020 to November 2023, including Senior Global Project Planner, Global Project Planner, and Project Planner, all focused on Offshore Wind projects. Marsela's early experience includes an internship at MARZIALE COOLINARIA in ERP implementation and a student assistant role at Hochschule Hof. Additional experience encompasses project planning and coordination roles at Facilization, Gener 2, Dardania Ndertim joint venture with AACS Company, and Mane TCI, dating back to 2011. Marsela holds an MBA and Engineering degree from Hochschule Hof, a Master of Science in Construction Management from Epoka University, a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering from Epoka University, and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mathematics from the University of Tirana Natural Science.
