Maarten Oosterink is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in process control, cybersecurity, and IT management. Currently serving as the Process Control & Systems Manager at Shell, Maarten leads a team of approximately 40 specialists at the Shell Energy and Chemicals Park in Rotterdam. Previously, Maarten held various managerial and consultancy roles at Shell, Capgemini, TNO, and the Nederlands Forensisch Instituut, focusing on critical infrastructure protection, cybersecurity, and process control security. Additionally, Maarten chairs the OT Security ISAC and serves as (Vice-)Chair of the Oil & Chemicals ISAC at the Nationaal Cyber Security Centrum. With a BSc in Information Science from The Hague University of Applied Sciences, Maarten combines technical expertise with a commitment to enhancing cybersecurity resilience in vital sectors.
