Lucy Ferguson is an experienced professional in mechanical engineering, currently serving as the Global Discipline Head of Mechanical Engineering at Shell since April 2016. In this role, Lucy also fulfills the responsibilities of General Manager for Maintenance, Turnarounds & Projects in the Gulf of Mexico and previously held the position of Capability Manager. Prior to Shell, Lucy worked at bp from June 1996 to July 2013, where roles included Senior Mechanical Engineer and Mechanical Engineer. Lucy holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Heriot-Watt University, obtained between 1994 and 1999.
