Imran Bhaloo has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as HR Manager and Organizational Development & Learning Manager for LNG at Shell since April 2013. Previous roles at Shell include HR Manager for LNG, CCS, and Hydrogen, HR Consultant for Upstream & Projects/Engineering, Global Policy Advisor for Performance Management & International Mobility, and various HR Business Partner positions. Prior to Shell, Imran worked as an International Development Consultant at Arup, aiding development and humanitarian organizations. Imran holds a Master of Science in Comparative Politics from The London School of Economics and Political Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Yale University.
