Howard Chiu has over 15 years of experience at Shell, where positions include Regulatory Environmental Specialist, Regulatory Operations Analyst, Process Excellence Analyst, and Application Reporting Advisor, among others. Prior to their long tenure at Shell, Howard held roles at Shell Trading as Application Support and Business Analyst for Risk Trading. Educationally, Howard earned a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Baylor University - Hankamer School of Business, graduating in 2007.
