Giuseppe Viola is an experienced project manager with a robust background in engineering and project leadership across the energy and chemical sectors. Currently serving as Team Lead Projects and Project Leader at Shell since June 2022, Giuseppe previously held roles at McDermott International, Ltd from February 2018 to June 2022, including Senior Project Manager for significant projects such as ethylene cracking units in Ust Luga and a hydro-cracker complex for the Afipsky Refinery. Prior roles include Project Engineer and Subcontract Manager at CB&I, where Giuseppe managed the engineering phases of a hydro-cracker complex, and project engineering at Slovenské Elektrárne and Enel Ingegneria e Innovazione, focusing on nuclear power plant completion and mechanical equipment installations. Giuseppe holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering from Politecnico di Milano.
