Connie Griffin is an experienced professional in industrial control systems, with a career spanning over two decades in various leadership roles within major corporations. Currently serving as the OT Security Production Excellence Lead at Shell, Connie Griffin has a strong focus on industrial control system architecture and security for deepwater operations. Previous positions include roles at Air Products, where responsibilities included managing controls asset migration strategies and serving as the Controls Team Lead for global chemicals, as well as positions at Boise Inc., Georgia-Pacific LLC, and Procter & Gamble, where project management and process control engineering were key aspects of the role. Connie Griffin holds dual Bachelor's degrees in Electrical Engineering and Physics from Tuskegee University.
