Bart Loffeld is an experienced program and project manager with a strong background in cybersecurity and ICT services, currently serving as Program Manager for Cyber Security at Shell since May 2015. Bart has successfully deployed global physical security solutions, led the project management team for upgrading 3,500 retail stations across eight countries, and implemented IT infrastructure projects to support Shell's operations. Prior roles include Senior Program Manager at NCIA, overseeing a multi-million Euro project portfolio for NATO collaborations, and Senior Project Manager for telecommunication and infrastructure services at NATO, focusing on large-scale ICT project delivery. Bart has a solid foundational experience from the Dutch Navy and various internships in IT development. Education includes an Executive MBA from Vlerick Business School and a Master’s in Electrical Engineering from Delft University of Technology, along with several project management certifications.
