Clare Marsh is an experienced analyst at Shell Energy Australia since January 2022, with a strong background in engineering and digitalisation. Prior roles at Shell included Well Engineer - Digitalisation, where Clare drove efficiencies through structured problem-solving and continuous improvement tools, and Well Operations Supervisor, responsible for safe Workover operations. Clare initiated the engineering career as a Graduate Well Engineer with BG Group, participating in an International Graduate Development Program, and gained valuable experience as a sessional academic at Queensland University of Technology. Educational qualifications include a Graduate Certificate in Data Analytics from Deakin University and a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from QUT, complemented by various intern and co-op roles in engineering and reliability.
