Marisa Goss is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Sheldon College since May 2023, where leadership skills are applied across various educational and business units. Prior to this role, Marisa held multiple positions at ISS Facility Services Australia and New Zealand from May 2012 to March 2023, culminating in the role of General Manager People and Culture, where transformational leadership was demonstrated in addressing talent shortages within a large workforce. Additional roles included managing national contracts, developing onboarding programs for high-turnover environments, and consulting for nonprofit revenue growth. Marisa's early career included leadership and operational roles in hospitality, complemented by academic credentials including an MBA from RMIT University, a Bachelor's degree in Education from QUT, and a Diploma in Hospitality Management from TAFE Queensland.
