Zachary Shim is the Global General Counsel at Shopline, overseeing the global Legal and Compliance functions since April 2022. Prior to this role, Zachary served as Group General Counsel at OnlinePajak, managing governance, risk, compliance, and public policy from November 2019 to April 2022. Experience includes positions at Withersworldwide as Senior Associate in banking and restructuring, ANZ as Associate Director in Loan Structuring and Execution, and Ashurst as Senior Associate focusing on project and trade finance. Earlier roles were held at Watson, Farley & Williams, Herbert Smith Freehills, and Rodyk & Davidson LLP in various capacities within banking and finance. Zachary holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the National University of Singapore.
