Weichen Qi is a seasoned algorithm engineer, currently serving as a Senior Algorithm Engineer at SHEIN since July 2021. Prior to this, Weichen held the position of Data Scientist at Gojek from December 2019 to June 2021, where expertise in causal inference and integer optimization was utilized to develop a comprehensive incentive allocation system. Earlier experience includes a Data Scientist role at ADVANCE.AI from October 2017 to December 2019, focusing on creating recommender systems and credit scoring models, significantly enhancing operational efficiency. Weichen's career started as a Research Analyst at the Risk Management Institute in 2017, where automated programs improved daily credit product management. Educational qualifications include a Master of Financial Engineering from the National University of Singapore and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Nanyang Technological University Singapore.
