Maciej Hajduk is an experienced transportation and logistics professional currently serving as Head of Transportation - Middle Mile and Europe Truck Manager at SHEIN since May 2023. Prior to this role, Maciej held multiple positions at Amazon from November 2018 to April 2023, including Transportation Carrier Manager and Transportation Program Manager, where responsibilities included managing carrier performance and proactively addressing line haul issues. Earlier experience includes serving as Floor Room Planner at Marks and Spencer, where investigations in WMS/WCS were resolved, and as Operational Team Leader at DHL Express, focusing on policy development and exceeding objectives.
