Nilesh R. is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in operations finance, specializing in logistics and fulfillment. Currently serving as Director of Ops Finance at SHEIN Distribution Corporation since February 2024, Nilesh has previously held senior finance roles at Flexport and Shopify, focusing on cost optimization and financial management across numerous warehouses. Prior experience includes positions at Chewy, Amazon, and Cleveland Clinic, where contributions led to significant cost savings and operational efficiency improvements.
