Youssef Echchafi is an experienced chef specializing in Arabic cuisine, currently working as a Chef Arabic at Sheikh Khalifa General Hospital and Capital Catering + Services since April 2023, and as an Arabic chef at ZULEKHA HOSPITAL and Emirates Taste Catering Services L.L.C. since early 2022. Previous roles include Chef De Partie at Abu Dhabi National Hotels Compass ME LLC, Ayoush, and ADNOC Group, as well as a long tenure at Shangri-La Dubai from 2011 to September 2022. Youssef served as Head Chef at Hôtel Marhaba Libya from 2014 to 2016. Youssef holds a diploma in specialized hotel and culinary training from Agadir, Morocco, completed in 2007.
