Ali Al Haili Al Shehhi has extensive experience in the healthcare and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as the Section Head of the General Services Department at Sheikh Khalifa Specialty Hospital since February 2015, Ali has earned recognition, including the Best Employment Certificate for 2015. Notable initiatives include contributing to the hospital library's Zayed Year resources and spearheading the One Million Loyalty Signatures initiative in 2017, along with direct coordination with the Federal Authority for Government Human Resources. Prior to this, Ali worked at Etisalat from January 2001 to January 2015, starting as a Tech-1 in the Customer Service Team and progressing to a Coordinator role, focusing on customer service and support. Ali holds a bachelor's degree in International Business Administration from the Higher Colleges of Technology.
