Cathy Sinclair is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in student recruitment and admissions at Sheffield Hallam University, having held various leadership roles since 2011, including Co-Director of Student Recruitment and Admissions, where strategic development and implementation of the UK student recruitment strategy are key responsibilities. Cathy has also served as Recruitment Event Project Manager, focusing on adapting to the evolving recruitment landscape through CRM system implementation and event strategy overhaul. Previous positions include Senior Schools and Colleges Liaison Manager and Schools and Colleges Liaison Manager, as well as a Graduate Management Trainee at John Lewis. Cathy holds an MA in Media and Communication from Sheffield Hallam University and a BA in French and Management Studies from the University of Leeds.
