Helen Hlahol has over 30 years of work experience in the fields of marketing, data analytics, and finance. Helen began their career as a Financial Analyst at The Copeland Companies (Traveler's Insurance) in 1990, followed by Audit/Accounting at United Jersey Banks in 1986. In 1992, they worked as a Marketing Manager for Brigade International/Fendi. Helen then joined Sony Music Entertainment in 1993 as a Director of Sales Analysis, where they proposed initiatives to expand sales and strengthen the company's position. In 2003, they took on the role of Vice President Research & Sales Analysis at Warner Music Group, where they liaised between sales and marketing and contributed to profit growth. In 2007, they worked as Director Sale Ops and Advertising Analytics at Reuters Media, where they communicated issues and solution based approaches to senior management. In 2009, they were Corporate Director Marketing and Research at 21st Century Media (Journal Register Company). In 2015, they were Manager of Data Analytics and Reporting at Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia, where they established standards within the CRM system and ensured the integrity of organizational data. In 2016, they worked as Data Strategy & Analytics at Apple Vacations, where they incorporated data-driven decisions, web analytics and business drivers to improve the website. Currently, they are a Marketing Data Analyst at SHEEX, Inc.

Helen Hlahol graduated from Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics/Accounting.
