Elle Rooke is an experienced retail and customer experience professional with a strong background in operations and management. Currently serving as the Retail & Customer Experience Manager at Sheet Society since August 2021, Elle previously held key roles at Country Road Group, including Retail Operations Manager for MIMCO and Group Customer Service Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing retail operational projects and mentoring teams. Prior experience includes positions as Store Manager at Bardot Pty Ltd and sass & bide, where Elle focused on coaching sales teams and achieving budget targets. Elle's education was completed at Sacred Heart College from 2006 to 2008.
