Karen Ribback, MBA, CCMP, PROSCI®, PMP, is the CEO of KR Global Consulting, Inc., a boutique firm specializing in organizational optimization and operational challenges. Since 2016, Karen has also served as an Activator/Investor for SheEO™ Inc, a global initiative supporting female entrepreneurs, and as a Trusted Advisor Member for Vistage Worldwide, Inc., which connects successful business leaders for collaborative growth. Previously, Karen founded KR International and held positions such as Executive Director of Planning & Transition at USC University Hospital, focusing on organizational transformation, and Director of Technology Infrastructure at UCLA. Karen's educational background includes an MBA in Strategic Planning from UCLA Anderson School of Management and bachelor's degrees in Biology & Liberal Studies from California State University, Long Beach, and Applied Physics from the University of Washington.
