Kim Pagel has extensive experience in both health and human services and the graphic production industry. Since December 2007, Kim has served as a Business Analyst for Sheboygan County Health and Human Services, focusing on provider contract management, report writing, analytics, and software administration, while actively participating in a core implementation team for new software installation. Prior to this role, Kim held various positions at Industrial Graphics Corporation from 1991 to 2007, culminating as Operations Manager, where responsibilities included inventory management, customer service, and production oversight. Kim also held roles as a Customer Service Manager and Estimator/Production Engineer, showcasing strong skills in customer support and production efficiency. Kim earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resources from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point and completed undergraduate studies at the University of Wisconsin-Sheboygan.
