Slobodan Simic has over 20 years of work experience in various engineering roles. Slobodan began their career at Mobtel in 1998 as a BSS Engineer. In 2001, they joined WesternGeco as a Project Engineer, where they were responsible for overseeing projects. Slobodan later became a Senior DFM Engineer at WesternGeco, where they wrote product requirements and quality assurance documents and supervised manufacturing processes. In 2018, they joined Shearwater GeoServices as a Lead Electrical Engineer, where they outsourced the design and production of electronics and cable systems and ensured compliance with design and quality requirements.

Slobodan Simic attended the University of Belgrade from 1990 to 1998, where they earned a Dipl. Ing. (M.Sc.Eng) degree in Telecommunication.
