Ranchielie Barit has extensive experience in operations and medical coding, currently serving as a Senior Operations Manager at Shearwater CPO® since December 2015, where previous roles included Operations Manager and Medical Coding Program Manager. Prior to this, Ranchielie held the position of Medical Coding Specialist at Optum from May 2012 to December 2015 and worked as a Clinical Abstractor at Outcomes Health Information Solutions from July 2011 to April 2012. Ranchielie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Registered Nursing from Lyceum of Aparri, earned between 2005 and 2009.
