Ken Lykens is a seasoned professional in water and wastewater operations, currently serving as General Manager of Special Districts at Shea Properties since November 2020. Previously, Lykens held the position of Director of Water & Wastewater Operations at Centennial Water and Sanitation District from July 2017 to November 2020. Lykens also served as Central Region Water Business Group Director at HDR from September 2011 to June 2017 and held multiple roles at MWH, including Central Division Technology Leader and Client Service Manager, from October 2005 to August 2011. Prior experience includes positions at Denver Water, where Lykens managed the Industrial Water Conservation Program and served as Environmental Compliance Officer at SAIC. Lykens earned an M.S.F in Finance/Business from Denver University and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Colorado School of Mines.
